1. About Cambridge Potentia
Cambridge Potentia provides premium one-to-one online coaching for children and young people aged 7–18. Our services are delivered via video conferencing (Jitsi Meet) by vetted, qualified coaches.
2. Eligibility
Our coaching services are intended for children aged 7–18. A parent or legal guardian must register on behalf of a child and provide consent for coaching sessions. By creating an account, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child being enrolled.
3. Sessions and Scheduling
Coaching sessions are 30 minutes in duration and are available Monday to Saturday, 09:00–20:00 (UK time). Sessions are booked through our platform and confirmed by a coach. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions with reasonable notice.
4. Payments and Refunds
All fees are quoted and charged in British Pounds (GBP). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Invoices are issued before sessions take place. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a scheduled session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Late cancellations or missed sessions (“no-shows”) may be charged at the full session rate.
6. Safeguarding
The safety and wellbeing of children is our highest priority. All coaches hold enhanced DBS clearance and complete safeguarding training. If you have any safeguarding concerns, please contact us immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and branding on this platform are the property of Cambridge Potentia and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cambridge Potentia provides coaching guidance and support. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
